The Mission of the Army Wellness Center is to provide integrated and standardized primary prevention programs ans services that promote enhanced and sustained healthy lifestyles to improve the overall well-being of Soldiers and Family Members.
You are eligible for all of our services, free of charge, if:
-You are a member of the Armed Forces
-You are a dependent over the age of 18
-You are an Armed Forces Retiree
-You are a DOD Civilian Employee

Go to http://awc.army.mil to fill out a Health Assessment (CAC holders) and then call to schedule an appointment.
We are located inside the Jenson Family Health Center, just down the street from Waller Hall and I Corps headquarters.
