Noel Arnold - Owner / Broker

The Arnold Family has nurtured a multi-generational passion for real estate sales and services that spans over 30 years. Understanding the need for financial wisdom and guidance in real estate, Noel obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1997. Following his graduation, Noel Arnold began pursuing his vision of owning and operating a full-service real estate brokerage. First, as a contracts negotiator and manager in the financial services industry, then by purchasing investment properties and managing vacation rental homes. In 2003, Mr. Arnold obtained his Georgia real estate license and began offering his expertise to clients in affiliation with a local Atlanta brokerage. Subsequently, Mr. Arnold held positions with two of the Southeast's leading real estate developers: John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, an award-winning custom homebuilder, and Lane Company, a highly valued multi-family development and management company. Mr. Arnold has received multiple sales achievement awards throughout his realty career, including the Silver Sales Team of the Year Award from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. He has been a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and of the National Association of Realtors. Noel has been an Associate Broker with Keller Williams and has received extensive training in investment properties and hedge fund transactions. In addition, Mr. Arnold has proudly served as a member of Rotary and was the Vice President of the Local Business Exchange and enjoys volunteering in his community.

Currently, Noel is living his vision with the growing list of clients of Arnold Realty Company, a residential and commercial brokerage offering its clients personalized real estate sales and procurement services in the Greater Atlanta Area.
