As a personal trainer I offer & design nutritional & structured fitness programs tailored to each clients individual needs. My expertise is fat loss, functional strength, CrossFit, Sport Specific training & Tactical Athlete training (pre-law enforcement/military fitness training). I offer in-home training & also have a fitness studio in Laurel, MD. I've trained clients as far as Falls Church, VA & Washington D.C., but price is adjusted based on mileage from Laurel,MD.
I have experience working with all fitness & ability levels, which I feel has set me apart from a lot of trainers. I'm very much aware of a person's potential & know how to push someone past what they thought was impossible. I always find a way to modify any workout in order for my client to receive the full benefit of the program.
I offer 1-on-1 & group training. I've instructed groups up to 24-48 recruits before, but prefer 4-6 groups when I do instruct group training. This allows me to focus more on each individual & monitor form/movement.
