Artisan Body Piercing Identification Policy:

Clients that are 18 years or older MUST bring in a valid, government issued I.D to receive a body piercing.
Proper identification includes:
Driver's License, Learner's Permit (hard copy), Military I.D, Passport, Passport Card.

Minors:
The minimum age requirement to receive a body piercing (anything other than ear lobes) is 13 years old with the legal guardian present and the proper identification.
Minors are required to bring an up-to-date photo ID, the minor's birth certificate, and the legal guardian's photo ID.
Acceptable photo identification for minors include: Driver's license, learner's permit, school ID, work ID, passport, recreation card.

If the minor and legal guardian both have military IDs, then the sponsor on both I.Ds must match. We accept matching military I.Ds without a birth certificate.

Children 1 year to 13 years old getting ear lobes pierced MUST have their birth certificate and legal guardian present with their photo ID.

Children up to 1 year getting ear lobes pierced MUST have their birth certificate, shot record, and legal guardian present with their photo ID.
