Artisan Pizza Italian Kitchen

The Blue Collar Restaurant Group is happy to bring Artisan Pizza and Italian Kitchen to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. With Italian food being one of the largest demands in the valley, Artisan Pizza and Italian Kitchen meets all the needs. We serve 16 different Neopolitan style pizzas all made in our custom pizza ovens with flour imported directly from Italy. We offer ten San Marzano tomatoe based pizzas, four olive oil and herb based pizzas, one bbq pizza, and one pesto pizza. Customization is an art we exceed in and pizzas can be made however customers like.

Aside from our pizzas we put our own twist on traditional Italian dishes. We offer anything from chicken marsala to our house made sausage raviolis. In addition, eggplant parmigana, lasagna, and braised pork shoulder are filled with flavor and prepped daily.

We have a full bar with an assortment of red and white wines, cocktails, and local beers. Come join us for happy hour Monday-Friday for various drink and food specials.

In the summer we have one of the best decks in Jackson equipped with three fire pits and various water features.
