Arts Academy in the Woods

We are a free public high school, chartered by the Macomb Intermediate School District and open to any student in Michigan.

We provide a safe and stimulating educational environment where students are free and encouraged to express and be themselves.

In addition to offering the same rigorous Michigan Merit Curriculum as all other high schools, we provide courses in dance, multimedia, theater, guitar, instrumental, vocal, acting, creative writing and visual arts.
