We are an animal-loving couple who work from home...in our 4 bedroom pet-friendly house in Swannanoa, NC...just minutes from Black Mountain and Asheville.

We are homeowners and "dog people" who also enjoy cats, rabbits and chickens. We are both quiet non-smokers with decades of pet-care experience.

We have half an acre of partially fenced, dog-friendly back yard and large deck for supervised play time.

During your dog's stay, he or she will enjoy playing fetch in the yard, hanging out with me on the large deck, adventure walks to nearby Owen Park to see the ducks, and walks around the neighborhood.

We have had many house sits/pet sits and can provide references. I've had many senior animals and can give oral medication.

I've always had pets: from rabbits to Doberman Pinschers to Cockatiels and Miniature Pinchers. Chad has had a variety of pets throughout his life as well.

We recently said goodbye to our dear senior dog who passed away, and we love having other animals around.

We do not have children. Our pets and animal visitors get treated like our babies.

My schedule is extremely flexible and I am home most of the time, so I can give your pet plenty of attention, snuggles, walks, trips to the park and treats from The Hop.

While your pets are being pampered, you will be able to enjoy yourself and explore all that gorgeous Asheville, North Carolina has to offer.

During the meet and greet, I will give you a tour of my house, answer all of your questions and give your pet a chance to sniff around...your pet will feel better about staying here if their first time is with you.
