Stop by the Ashland Farmers Market on Saturday mornings for the freshest locally grown produce and goods. Enjoy a variety of vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, baked goods, eggs, honey, meat, flowers, and more. The Farmers Market is located in downtown Ashland and is open Saturdays May to October, with special holiday markets in the late fall. We even hold markets through the winter, every first and third Saturday.
About Ashland:
A turn-of-the-century railroad town, Ashland was originally developed by the RF&P Railroad as a resort for Richmonders. Today the railroad tracks still send trains rumbling through the center of town, past Randolph-Macon College, lovely historic homes, shops, and unique eateries.
