The dynamic duo of John and Ashley Houseman have come together to serve Charlotte, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties as Houseman & Co team, a division of the Griffin Group with Coldwell Banker! Our focus is to take all of our knowledge of real estate marketing, first-time home buying, land acquisition, new construction, vacation/investment properties, property management, and residential sales and utilize them to help make Charlotte County and surrounding markets a better place for buyers and sellers.

Of course, we're all work and some play while fitting in superb customer service and dedication to meet customer needs with a few rounds of golf and a trip to the beach with our 3 boys in between.

Ashley was a 4 year NCAA Division I scholarship college athlete – Lady Owls Golf Team. She's also been a lifetime resident of Charlotte County

John is also Florida-born, originally from Fort Lauderdale and met Ashley in college at Florida Atlantic University. John has a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Graphic Design while also concentrating on Photography.
