Ashtanga Mysore Charlotte

Franco has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga on a daily basis since Jan 2001. After spending 13 years in California, under the guidance of Catherine Shaddix, Magnolia Zuniga and Tim Miller - who has introduced him to the 3rd Series - , Franco moved to Charlotte to launch his own mysore program in Nov 2013. Everybody is welcomed. The only requirement is to be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days/week in order to harvest the benefits of this tradition. Besides the monthly 'membership' a "5-class Intro Pass", suitable for beginners, is also available.
