Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional way to learn yoga. You work with me, the teacher one on one to build your practice over time. In the class you can arrive at any time during the class session and start your practice along side the other students in the class. Each person breathing and moving to the cadence of their own breath. Because your individual practice develops over time it gives the teacher more opportunity to for personal attention and adjustments. It is a private lesson in a group setting.
