About the Manor
Originally known as Vancroft, this architectural achievement was designed by Alden & Harlow, the legendary architects to the affluent elite. Built in 1901 the Manor is situated on a private 600-acre nature preserve overlooking the Ohio River. Guests have access to the grounds for hiking, bird- watching, cross-county skiing or private catered events. Nearby activities—theatre, biking trails, music, golf, fishing, horseback riding, museums, casinos and shopping—are short distances from our resort.

Event Facilities
With Six different locations on property to host your Event, Aspen Manor can accommodate up to 175 guests inside and an unlimited number of guests in a tented outside venue on the grounds!

Where We Are
Located in the panhandle of West Virginia, in the town of Wellsburg, one block east of WV State Highway Route 2. Aspen Manor is 44 miles SW of Pittsburgh, 10 miles south of Weirton. Pittsburgh International Airport, as well as the Amtrak Station and Greyhound Bus line, is less than an hour's drive away.
