Aspire Pilates Training Center opened in 2009 as the only dedicated Pilates studio in the south west end of the Salt Lake Valley. Our certified instructors include 2 of only 8 Fully Certified STOTT Pilates Instructors in Utah. It is our goal to provide a welcome and inviting atmosphere for clients of all ages and fitness levels. With our extensive experience and background, we are able to modify instruction for those just entering a fitness program as well as challenge the most ambitious athlete. Pilates is a specialized method that has numerous benefits for all levels of fitness as well as function. We have a passion for education and technique. We want to empower our clients through education, to improve their mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall well being. We aspire to inspire each of our clients to their personal goals.
