I offer a full service private yoga experience in your home or mine. With private instruction you can deepen your practice, increase your confindence, ask questions in a safe environment and receive personalized guidance with focus on alignment and hands on adjustments tailored to your needs.

Having spent thousands of hours as a student and teacher, at times injured, humbled, and frustrated, I have learned the value of these experiences.
I have practiced and taught Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga, and have an appreciation for all styles. As a dance major in college, a student at the Guild for Structural Integration (Rolfing School), and the Rocky Mountain School of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, I have been a healing and movement enthusiast since 1998. After cofounding two yoga studios, New Paltz Yoga Shala and Saratoga Yoga, I moved to Boulder from New Paltz, NY in 2002 to enjoy the yoga community and 300 days of sunshine a year.
