Kenneth Williams: Founder and co-owner of Ateam Athletics graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a nationally certified personal trainer with over twenty years of experience within the fitness industry. A former international competitor in Track & Field, he has worked with both Olympic and professional athletes, including members of the National Football League, National Basketball Association, and Major League Baseball.

David Timmons: According to Co-owner David Timmons; " A balanced approach to achieving optimal fitness should include resistance training, aerobic exercise and a sensible nutrition plan." David joined longtime friend Kenneth Williams to open the Ateam Athletics Fitness Studio. David brings fifteen years of competition, coaching and training experience to Ateam. He is a former California High School 400 meter Champion, in addition to was All Pac-10 as well as an NCAA All American while receiving his bachelor's degree from the University of California in Berkeley. David focuses his efforts on the development of speed and sprinting techniques for his clients who include youth as well as collegiate baseball, basketball and football players.
