Athletic Body Mechanics is a group of former athletes using the experience gained by playing collegiate and professional football to impact and help youths maximize their potential and make it to the next level. We provide athletic training for professional, collegiate, and amateur athletes as well as summer skills camps for youth football players. We are committed to improving athletic performance, preventing injuries, and improving linear & lateral speed, agility, power, dynamic stability, core strength, conditioning level, and sport-specific tests.
