Atlantic Beach CrossFit's diverse programs can accommodate any and everybody’s goals. We provide group and individual training as well as specialty courses like QuickFit and Operation: Get Fit. No matter your current limitations, we can scale each workout to meet you where you are. What most gyms see as an obstacle, we see as an opportunity.
Program Descriptions (aside from the monthly membership):
Personal Training - Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and meet with you 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success. We offer personal training in 30-minute or 1-hour slots that are both private and semi-private.
-Private:
--30 minutes/1 hour
--1-on-1 sessions with a coach
--Nutrition plan included
-Semi-Private:
--30 minutes/1 hour
--Up to 10-on-1 sessions with a coach. Perfect for small groups or discounted more tailored training.

Operation: Get Fit – Looking to kick start your fitness journey? Our Operation: Get Fit program is designed for anyone eager to change their lifestyle. This 6-week course will aid your metabolism, boost your fat loss, and improve your cardio. This program is great as an introduction to functional fitness as well. Any fitness level welcome.
