6:30 pm Atomic Ranch Harmony Yoga
A practice filled variety, exploration, and fun. We open with intention setting, then centering, on to yin and release, then to a spicy vinyasa flow. Balancing poses and a challenge pose enter at the peak of the practice. Finally, we will close with re-alignment and rest.

7:30 pm Atomic Ranch Yin & Restorative Yoga
A practice that was developed to let go of the things that are no longer serving the body at the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Together, we will hold poses for longer periods of time, as we focus on breath work, releasing, and quieting the mind.

Saturday 8:30 am
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa's strength is in its diversity. The literal translation of vinyasa from Sanskrit is "connection". Our practice is both a connection between movement and breath, and a connection between poses in a flowing sequence. For both beginners and seasoned yogis, this class will flow through poses to offer both a strength building and peaceful work out.

Classes are $10 each, no contract, pay-as-you-go. 6 class packages are available.
