Call or text at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to notify us of your cancellation will result in capture of your credit or debit card on your next visit.
Failure to give 24-48 hour notice of your cancellation will result in a $15 non refundable deposit to make your next appointment. (3 cancellations without advance notice will require non refundable $25)
If you do not show to your appointment you will be asked to pay a $15 non refundable deposit to make another appointment and a copy of your credit debit card will be put on file. Any no show after we will charge your debit credit card $25.
Please remember if you are going to be late to your appointment please notify us immediately. Failure to show up to your appointment on time will result in an immediate reschedule.
