Auburn Karate, Martial Arts & Fitness

Auburn Karate School is the oldest martial arts school in the Auburn, Cayuga County area.We teach a variety of martial arts including Karate,Traditional Okinawan Weapons, Aiki Jujutsu and Japanese Sword. We also offer exercise programs in Pilates, Ballet Toning, kickboxing, Zumba. Most recently we have added R.I.P.P.E.D. and Master Hillman's circuit class. You can also sign up for a Monday morning Tai Chi class.

For 30 years Auburn Karate School has provided the best in Martial Arts Training for people of all ages. Our "Little Dragon's" class which is for 4 to 6 year old children, stresses "not fighting" and develops balance, hand eye coordination and strength as well as respect and self-confidence. Our other programs offer training for children and adults. Family membership? Auburn Karate School's schedule is ideal for families who want to train together. With several high ranking and very experienced instructors on hand, we are able to teach student groups of different ages and skill levels at the same time which is very convenient for parents. We also offer discounts for family membership. The Aiki program is perfect for police and Corrections officers who need control and take down techniques.
