ABOUT APS
As the educational arm of Auburn Public Theater, Auburn Public Studio (APS) is an accessible and affordable studio space, offering ongoing, dynamic programs in dance, theater, rock and voice performance for young people ages 3-18 and adults. APS challenges and educates our community’s children and fosters creative growth for all through shared performance experiences.

OUR VISION
Auburn Public Studio provides students of all ages with the opportunity to immerse themselves in dance, music and theater arts, emphasizing creativity, proper technique, versatility, equality and performance skills.

Students are held to the highest standards of excellence by the experienced APS faculty, who prepare them to continue on in their chosen field with confidence, success and deep personal satisfaction. APS offers an accessible, safe and inclusive space that fosters talented and motivated students to do their best and pursue their dreams.

We support the mission and vision of Auburn Public Theater by providing a cultural, economic and social asset for the greater Auburn community. We offer inspiring, creative and accessible arts education to Auburn’s diverse youth and adults.
We foster the development and production of original artistic and theatrical works.
We value diversity and respect each community member and their contributions equally.
