Welcome to my page! My name is Audrey Day and I’m a Reiki practitioner and Energy Medicine specialist. My personal goal is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I will do that for you by working with your unique energy systems, using techniques from the practices of Reiki and Energy Medicine.
I am a Reiki Master and have been practicing for more than two years, and am currently a student of Eden Energy Medicine. Both modalities facilitate a more balanced and clear energy field, promote a release of stress and tension, and create a sense of wellbeing. These techniques serve as a reminder to your own body of its natual healing abilities.
