August Lakes is a gated, 128+ acre, residential water sports neighborhood in Katy, Waller County, Texas.
We are located in the Southeastern corner of Waller County. It is bordered on the South by Lakes of Katy and the North by Clay Road.

Section 1 consists of 2 water sports lakes and 33, 1+acre, lakefront lots.
Section 2 will consist of a single lake and approximately 25 lakefront lots.

A privacy wall along Pitts Road and a grand landscaped entrance into Section 1 will elevate the quality and value of August Lakes.
