We have developed, evolved and refined the restaurant over the past 5 years. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the year; our aim is to serve the metropolitan Augusta community as well as hotel guests. We designed the restaurant to be comfortable and approachable for everyday dinning yet still a unique experience.
The menu focuses on hearty, simple fare, created with fresh ingredients inspired by the food of Northern Italy. We also serve Certified Angus Beef; simply put some of the finest steaks that you can find. The menu changes several times throughout the year; designed to match peoples eating habits, to provide healthy options, and take advantage of fresh seasonal foods.
