Authentic Old World Smoked Meats

Hi, My name is Rudolf. I began my meat production in 1990 back in Sacramento CA, right almost after I quit working in Chicago at Bende and Son Salami factory.
Due to my own appetite and recognizing the need of that authentic smoked meat products, I realized that, as the English saying goes, "Find the need and fill it" that means do business, So I pursued.
I am health oriented and avoid to use any preservatives of any kind in my products.


Our main products are:

*Smoked and unsmoked Gyulai sausage,
*Sausage w/liver and rice (hurka),
*Smoked mini ham,
*Smoked pork ribs, hoocks, loin,
*Pork cracklins etc.


After a 2 year setback, I restarted my production, one of my long time customer wrote me a greeting letter that said,
"I couldn't find that kind of products from California to Florida in the past 2 years." Its letters and customers like this that help me to stay motivated and keeps me focused. I'm grateful for all our customers and would love to add you as one.
