Barbara Blue loves Jesus but cusses a little.
She lives on ten acres in the Great State of Sweaty Texas with her beloved husband, their four sons, two three dogs (during the production of Things My Husband Says, the author’s eldest son brought home a puppy without first obtaining proper permissions from his landlords, (aka parents), cat, horse, goat, four three two transient ducks (one two of the ducks went missing during the writing of this book), and somehow, she has managed to not stab anyone. Yet.

She writes her own 1 Star Reviews on Goodreads because she can. And she did.

Her short stories regarding her family and her own personal experiences have been described as both, "worthy of a stand-up comedy show" as well as "powerfully honest, raw, and inspiring," by her loyal followers.

She was the winner of the prestigious scholarship to attend the 2016 Madcap Romance Writer's Retreat which was held in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, TN. as well as being published in Points in Case (PIC), an online comedy publication featuring articles from up-and-coming humorist writers.
