We allow dogs and cats. Dog - $25 a month per dog. $250 non-refundable pet fee for 1 dog, add $100 for 2nd dog. 2 pets maximum and no agressive breeds. No weight limit. Cat - $15 a month per cat. $150 non-refundable pet fee for 1 cat, add $100 for 2nd cat. 2 pets maximum.
