Nothing is more important than family...Ava Street Cafe is a reflection of chef/owner, Ethan Huynh's love for and devotion to his family. Ava's menu was inspired as a tribute to his mother, En Hang's home cooking, and is named and designed for his five year old daughter, Ava Huynh. Chef Huynh grew up enjoying Momma En Hang's delectable authentic Southern Vietnamese dishes that she cooked with so much love and care...recipes carried down from generation to generation. As a boy he remembers the intoxicating aroma filling the entire house. Growing up Huynh always dreamt of being a restaurant owner and what better way to thank Momma En Hang for all of her support over the years than by opening a Vietnamese restaurant in her honor.
