We are here to support you on the way to reaching and sustaining your optimal health. Avolve Wellness founder Kelley Colihan Robertson trained at Duke University's Center for Integrative Medicine. Duke is one of the universities leading the way in this evolutionary field. Kelley also leads private or group yoga classes, including outdoor adventure yoga! Avolve Wellness is able to design a yoga and/or meditation program for you. All are welcome.
