Awake Coffee Community

AWAKE Coffee Community is a group of people that have a heart to see communities transformed through relationships. We believe that that can happen over a cup of coffee or tea, sitting around a table, or chatting at the coffee bar.

In Short: We are a mission based non-profit that seeks to support small communities both local and international through various means including funding social projects. Our "base " is a Gathering and Coffee House.

AWAKE is currently located at 862 Main St., Conyers, GA 30012. The space we are in has been donated to us and we are honored to be there. At this location we feature locally roasted and direct trade sourced Coffees by Safehouse Roasters Griffin, GA, handcrafted Loose Leaf Teas, and handmade gifts by local artisans and missionary's to support local and raise funds to help community's worldwide.

Our team at this point is all volunteer. We do this because, in a nutshell: We are an excited, eclectic collection of individuals who choose to experience life together.
We as a team, believe that relationships are the most important part of growing a community closer. Our community in Conyers Georgia has had some difficult times and is in need. We have many displaced families, hurting individuals and young people with a lack of vision and direction. We want to help. AWAKE Coffee Community offers a place of encouragement, hope, sense of belonging and the best locally roasted coffee in the world. (No, seriously, it really is AMAZING!!!) We also help in organizing community wide events and fundraisers to help our community anyway we can.

Our Dreams:
-Have a permanent location in the heart of Olde Town Conyers
-Take a international trip with community members from all backgrounds to the coffee growing regions of the world and serve on a coffee farm
-Plant a coffee farm to reclaim the land in these regions for the local people, providing jobs, security, and community.
-Help support local charities by offering select coffee and tea blends to our customers that will provide funds to these organizations
-Partner with Conyers Main Street Foundaton to see our community thrive
