Neuromuscular Therapy This is for those wanting to focus on areas of chronic pain or acute injuries. After a postural analysis and gait evaluation, neuromuscular technique (also called trigger point myotherapy) is used to focus on areas of concern. Therapy is enhanced with the use of essential oils. 60 minutes - $60.00, 90 minutes - $80.00

Raindrop Therapy This specialized massage combines the use of essential oils, vitaflex technique, and massage. Raindrop technique involves dropping the oils onto the spine and back for deep nervous system stimulation. Hot Stone Massage This massage uses smooth, heated basalt stones to relax muscle and mind tension. The heat from the stones promotes deeper muscle relaxation and an increase in circulation. Custom Facial Experience the A.R.T. of skin care, and healthier and “happier” skin. This unique facial includes a selection of specialized products containing quality ingredients and the unmatched benefits of essential oils. Products are chosen based on the individual needs of each client to strengthen, protect and nourish every skin type. Each facial includes shoulder, neck, face, scalp and foot massage. 60 minutes - $60.00, 90 minutes - $90.00 (includes an eye and lip treatment)
Reflexology Reflexology is an ancient healing art. Using finger pressure that is applied to reflex points on the bottom of the feet can aid in breaking up nerve congestion, improve circulation and promote overall well-being. This treatment is enhanced by the application of essential oils to target specific areas of the body for ultimate detoxification and cleansing through these pressure points on the feet. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. 60 minutes - $60.00

Aromadome Session We are proud to be the first in Central Virginia to offer this new, innovative treatment. You will be instructed in specific breathing techniques while relaxing in a highly oxygenating environment, made possible by essential oils. This may bring great relief to headaches, "brainfog", depression, anxiety, lingering colds, bronchitis, and more.* 30 minutes - $20.00

We ask that you plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to avoid any time being cut off from your service.

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, to avoid being charged a missed appointment fee.

There will be a $35.00 fee for missed appointments.

Britney Pilkington CMT, NMT is a graduate of Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy in Charlotte, NC. She has over 10 years of massage experience and combines many techniques and modalities into her work including swedish, deep tissue, reiki, myofacial, vitoflex technique, lymphatic drainage, & aromatherapy. She has over 11 years of experience using therapeutic essential oils for better mental and physical health.

Karolina Ryan has been an esthetician in central Virginia for over 4 years. She has an innate understanding of the skin and prides herself in being able to guide you to a better understanding of how your skin works, and the best way to care for it. Each session is not only designed to rejuvenate your skin, but also to enable you to “romance yourself”. Meaning to take time for yourself, which she believes in the pathway toward overall wellness.
