Sharing Ethiopian and Eritrean recipes is our family’s passion, and at Awaze Cuisine, you can taste this delicious tradition for yourself. Our dishes are authentic, which means our menu is full of favorites for both vegetarian and meat-eating guests. People often start their meals with veggie sambusas and a glass of wine or some St. George Beer from back home. They then grab some injera and dive into their mouthwatering entrees or platters. But, to us, it doesn’t matter people order, just as long as they have an amazing experience while they’re enjoying their meal.
