AYM Crossfit

AYM comes from the bible verse Ecclesiastes chapter 9, verse 10. "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with All Your Might". This should be our life's motto. Anything that is worth doing is worth us giving our absolute best. At AYM we do just that. We work very hard to provide our members with the best coaching possible as well as the best programming that meets everyone where they are no matter their current level of fitness. We pride ourselves on getting results and reaching goals and having a blast while doing it. We normally try to keep our class sessions around one hour while occasionally going past that just a bit. As you come in, the workout will already be provided so that all you have to do is show up and get it done. The session will consist of a warm up, strength/conditioning/skill portion, and then a individual, partner, or group workout. You will find out that we work very hard but we have just as much fun in the process. Come see for yourself:)
