Aztalan Engineering manufactures quality precision machined parts for critical applications where error is not an option. While many of the parts we produce are medical components used in complicated precision medical products, we have the capabilities to complete orders for virtually any company in any industry.

Some of our specialities include CNC milling services, CNC Swiss turning , CNC turning service and soldering. We also offer ultrasonic cleaning services, oxygen cleaning, 5-axis milling services and breathing circuit cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning is the best method to use for cleaning any kind of metal piece or parts because it will cover every inch of the product, even the tiniest parts that are hard to reach, and will clean both the inside and outside of devices and tubes. This is especially important for any medical device component.

Aztalan Engineering also provides prototype machining, most often for medical device components. In addition, we are also an aerospace components manufacturer and offer our precision CNC machining services to any industry. Much of our business comes from industries that require pumps, engines, or other operating devices. We offer both pump component machining and engine component machining.
