We are a total fitness center that i">We are unlike any other fitness center that you've seen. Our fit-losophy is to provide you with instruction, direction and motivation in your fitness journey. We will help you to create, implement and maintain a "personalized fitness" program based on your goals, current fitness level and/or budget.

All of our personal trainers are certified in their respective fields and we all love to develop new and challenging workouts that are progressive and results driven! Our group fitness classes are a great addition to the personal training sessions or also a good option on their own to add some variety to your fitness plan. Choose from our wide variety of FUN classes and take the "work" out of workout.

We also offer services such as nutritional counseling, workout program design and sports-specific training for young athletes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, we can help you get there!
