BA Athletics is Lancaster, Pennsylvania's source for high quality training and coaching.
Our qualified and experienced coaches strive to provide an exceptional level of training for every type of athlete and general fitness client.

We offer the following programs: Group Fitness (sport and general fitness), Youth Athletics, Strongman/Strongwomen, and Powerlifting. We also offer an open gym membership for people willing to do their own programming and at their own time.

A new addition to BA Athletics in 2016 is BA Athletics Physical Therapy. Dr Matthew Maun is our in-house PT. Not only is this a huge bonus for our current members, but it is also open to the public. - Call for appointment!

Our doors are open all through the day for your use. Outfitted with fully functioning men's and women's locker rooms, including showers. We are also under the same roof as Gracie 717- the premier MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu facility to train at in the Lancaster area.
