I wanted to tell you bout how and why I started my own business. I, still remember how thing's went to this very day. (Like it was yesterday ) It, was my 12th Year Anniversary. I, have my eye on this Pink Camo Handbag and wallet set. I, paid for my item's online. I, got a confirmation number stated by Paypal that I had paid. I, was so excited!! (like a kid at Christmas) I, was told by the lady who owed this business that I would receive my item's in a week. When, that week was up NO PACKAGE!! Like, anyone else I was wondering what was going on? I, sent her a message asking if my item's were sent out yet? I, got NO REPLY!! I, waited for her to get back with me. I, could tell she was avoiding me by NOT ANSWERING my message's. While, she was still on Facebook playing game's with other's and selling item's.I, am sorry but in my book that is NOT PROFESSIONAL !! It's, bad for business!! I, let some time go by (like an hour). Still, NO RESPONSE!! I, then proceed to send another message. At, some point in time she FINALLY came back. I, was then told it was still coming. I, asked when it would be here? I, get NO RESPONSE AGAIN!! How, AGGRAVATING is that?? ( bad customer service) I, had sent ANOTHER message. She, then sent me a tracking number. I, tracked it the whole way. ( back to being EXCITED!! ) I, get my bag and wallet and I was ONE HAPPY GIRL!! I, believe in 2nd chance's. The, owner and I had a conversation on how unhappy I was. I, was told certain info or I got no response . I, told her I would appreciate if she could be honest with me. I, wouldn't mind ordering more I just don't like the beating around the bush thing.. She, had apologized. I, accepted her apology . We, swept it under the rug.. I, was playing her game's having fun!! WINNING, prize's!! Thing's, seemed to be going good. I, would wake up in the am go straight to my computer and turn it on and go right to her page. I, always wanted to see what she had and try to get it before anyone else got it. So, I thought. I, proceeded to place another order. This, time this one was BIGGER!! We, had made an agreement since I had so much in my cart and STILL adding to it. We, would spilt up the bill into two week's. I, proceeded to make 1st payment. She, received it and sent out my package. When, I received my package NOT EVERYTHING that I paid for was there. My, prize's weren't there either. I, then sent a message asking what happen with everything I paid for and my prize's from winning the game's. She, said don't worry some item's I didn't have but will be in your NEXT PACKAGE!! Again, back to square #1!! Giving, her the benefit of the doubt. She, send's me another invoice for my last package. I, proceeded to pay!! I, asked her when it was going to be shipped out? Nothing!! This, went on for a while i do know. She, came back and I asked her again. AGAIN, NOTHING!! At, this point I am beyond flipping my lid. I, send her another message saying I need my package or a REFUND on that order and the missing item's in the 2nd shipment. After, I sent that message she came back VERY NASTY & RUDE!! She, was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! I, ended up opening a case through Paypal to get my money refunded. I, wasn't a happy girl because I didn't get all my money refunded back to me. She, made out!! She, RIPPED me off my money!! How, can you just do that to someone?? REALLY?? She, had sent me a nasty message after she gave me back SOME of my refund "that I WAS NEVER GOING TO MAKE IT" !! With me starting my new business (Bags, things, and more, on Wheel's).. I, copied the message's for my record's . I, have to thank her for making me PUSH EVEN MORE FOR SUCCESS!!
