We have over 16 presses from 27 tons to 176 tons. With over 70 years of experience in the business, We can handle small and high volume production runs.

Metal Stamping Dies

Bahrs Die & Stamping Co., Inc. has the capability to design and build your stamping dies, tools and fixtures in our tool building facility. We can also repair, sharpen and modify your existing dies to your specifications. Our two engineers have over 60 years combined experience designing and building, quality tools, die and fixtures. Wire EDM

Bahrs Die & Stamping Co., Inc. can service your wire needs, be it prototype piece, production items, cutting out a damaged die section and inserting a new feature. We also have an ELOX Machine for blind holes and for extracting broken taps. We are there to provide you with quality service with fast turnaround.


Water Jet

Bahrs Die & Stamping Co., Inc. has in recent years added water jet cutting to its array of services. This allows us to create prototypes of parts without the cost of tooling. This offers our customers a way to see how a part will perform and gives them the opportunity to assess performance and make necessary changes before committing to hard tooling. We also can produce production items on our water jet, using almost any material imaginable, from (1) prototype piece to thousand of pieces. So far we have used steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, wood, glass, bullet resistant glass, granite, porcelain tile, plastic, and foam rubber. No job is too small.
