Ms. Tia Marie Bailiff, the Managing Partner of Bailiff Law, has spent many years in the legal profession. Her experience ranges from small family law, civil litigation, and criminal cases to high profile civil litigation and numerous murder trials. She clerked for a Superior Court Judge for two semesters in Chatham County, Georgia, was featured as Law Student of the Week for national publication Law Crossing, was considered for the cover story for Inspiration women's magazine, delivered the welcoming address at her law school commencement, won numerous awards for her achievements during her law school tenure, was the inaugural Student Bar president at her law school, created lasting infrastructures for three institutions of higher learning, participated and coached for her law school's traveling trial team, served as a mentor to underclassmen, made law review as a first year, and graduated seventh in her class.

Ms. Bailiff is also dedicated to giving back to her community. She volunteers when time is available at the Westmoreland Food Bank, coaches a children's choir for Fairfield United Methodist Church, and is the supply Pastor for Mt. Olive United Methodist Church, which is currently in the process of implementing thirteen new outreach ministries to benefit the community.
