What is BALA?

Bala is a project that merges gastronomy and nutrition to teach people that eating healthy does not have to be boring but extracting the full potential from the food we give to our body.

The ingredients we use have no preservatives, chemicals, refined sugars, non GMO products but only high quality an organic ones.

What do we do?

We design meal plans that are customized for everyone's needs while addressing health issues like celiac disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.

Where does the name come from?

Bala was my grandmother’s nickname and her passion was gastronomy and so is mine. With my 10 years of experience in gastronomy and nutrition I want to help people to change their lifestyle through their alimentation.
