Balanced Birth

I've been lucky enough to support new families for over 15 years through my birth doula services, as well as childbirth and prenatal yoga classes. Over the past few years I've also added doula trainer to my resume. I enjoy helping new doulas gain the skills and confidence they need to begin their journey as doulas.

I've been a birth doula since 2001 and began teaching childbirth classes in 2003. I'm certified through both DONA and CAPPA. I started teaching prenatal yoga classes in 2002 after being trained through WholeBirth Yoga. Two years later I went on to take my 200 hr training through YES.
