Marie Aspling, born and raised in Sweden founded Balans in 2010 with the mission to bring focus to postural health. With years of experience and a background in biomedicine and therapeutic care, Marie teaches self-care and inspires you to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Her graceful and gentle approach leaves her clients feeling comfortable, nurtured and encouraged.
