Hi. My name is Chad Ballagh and I have a passion for smoking and curing meats. What has started as a hobby has progressed into a passion for creating the most unique high quality smoked meats, sides, crazy BACON creations, and even smoked whole hog. I have also become quite the pit builder, with such creations as my SS double door pellet fired smoker, 250 gallon RF smoker, and my latest, the 55 gallon stainless steel, powder coated, granite filled, pellet smoker.
