My name is Heather and I'm your friendly neighborhood balloonist! I have 11 years of balloon twisting experience. I can also paint beautiful and elaborate designs on children (infants to teens) and adults. If you happen to come across a really cool design online that you've always wanted painted on you or just a really cool balloon animal you think I can't do, show me. I'll nail it!
