Baltimore Progressive Compassionate Care (PCC), founded by Dr. Charles T. Weng III is now accepting new patients to be evaluated for the Maryland Medical Marijuana Program.

Dr. Weng is at the forefront of this new program and is proud to be a licensed physician to cater to patients, who
are looking for an alternative treatment option especially if they have exhausted conventional methods of medicine i.e. pharmaceutical drugs, invasive surgical procedures, or chemotherapy.

Baltimore PCC is conveniently located in Lutherville, Maryland 20 minutes north of the Baltimore city center.

After witnessing scores of patients develop dependency on prescription pain medications and taking over 30 hours of training in the neurophysiology of medical cannabis, Dr. Weng is excited to provide an alternative approach to conventional treatment for patients who suffer from conditions such as chronic pain syndrome, seizures and muscle spasms to name a few.

Dr. Weng is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has been in practice for over 18 years. Although Dr. Weng treats a variety of medical conditions, he developed a particular
interest in chronic pain syndrome after witnessing his mother endure daily pain from severe and persistent muscle spasms as well as nerve damage due to Multiple Sclerosis.

Understanding that it may be difficult for
patients who are homebound or in hospice to physically go to an appointment, Dr. Weng also accommodates home visits for local Baltimore residents.
