ABOUT:
Hello, and welcome to my page. For those who do not know me, let me introduce myself. My name is Caitlin; I am a part-time Grad student and a stay at home mother to my daughter. While I am originally from Ohio, I love to travel the world with my family to learn about other cultures and to see what else is out there. In my spare time, I love to cook and work on my arts and crafts. Of course, my love for all things “Bambino” came when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I hope that you can find what you are looking for at Bambino Embellishments, if not let me know what you are looking for so I can make it happen!

HOURS:
Unfortunately, I do not have a physical store front, only Facebook and Etsy. Therefore, I do not have specific hours of operation for individuals to look at items or to pick up. While I am pretty flexible and try to be available for pickups at times convenient to my customers, please note that I do have little ones and a wonderful husband to also spend my time with.

Unfortunately, I do NOT meet individuals. You must pick up your order or pay a nominal fee to ship it.

PLACING ORDERS:
Many of my items are made-to-order and invoices will be sent once an order is placed. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt to avoid cancellation. Special orders require a non-refundable 20% deposit. The deposit will be used as payment towards your final invoice and final payment must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. You may pay for your order completely upon ordering.

RETURNS:
If you receive an item you are not happy with and decide to return it, you must contact me within 2 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If a product is defective, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds will not be given, only a store credit (minus shipping charges).

Please note: We DO NOT accept returns of cloth wipes unless they are defective due to sanitation issues.

All clearance items are FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are dependent on what you are purchasing and are sent either USPS First Class or Priority depending on size and weight. If you have a preferred method of shipping please let us know. If you live in Alaska (Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, Palmer areas) local pickup is available (I do not deliver or meet individuals. This option used to be available as a courtesy; however, I had too many individuals not show up or make me wait around for 30 + minutes. Unfortunately, I can no longer do this as it makes me (and my little girl) very frustrated. Thank you for your understanding).

General Shipping charges are as follows:
Headbands & Bow ties - $3.00 for the first 4, $0.25 for each additional; sent USPS First Class and includes tracking.
Cardigan Onesies - $3.75 for first, $2.00 for each additional; sent USPS First Class and includes tracking. $6.00 for USPS Priority Mail.
Poncho's - $13.00 for the first, $3.00 for each additional; sent USPS Priority.

***Once we ship items and turn the package over to the Post Office, Bambino Embellishments is no longer responsible for loss or damages. If you would like to insure your package in case of damages from USPS, please notify us when placing order.

Furthermore, many of our items can be found at Seville Flower and Gift Shop located in Seville, Ohio.
