Band Monster Fitness offers a unique workout and fitness experience. We utilize flat rubber loop resistance bands. The benefit that flat loop bands has over other fitness and exercise equipment is that not only do they build awesome muscle but it builds and strengthens your bodies natural stabilizers. These include Joints, Cartilage, Ligament and otherwise unacknowledged small muscle groups that are stabilizers for the rest of your body.
Our Band Fitness classes will give one of the best overall health and fitness workouts that you can find. Our bands offer and incredible muscular strength and endurance workout as well as an incredible cardiovascular exercise. BANDS ARE NOT A FAD!!!! Resistance Bands are time tested and time proven. Resistance band training is heavily under utilized due to a lack of knowledge and the stigma that you can not get a serious workout with them.
Resistance band training offers Prehab so that you will not have to rehab, but bands are great for that as well. Our clients are showing incredible results.
