Over twenty-five years ago Jim Schindler opened the first Bandidos Restaurant on Winchester Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Herminio Cortez, a Mexican chef, originally created all of our Mexican recipes that we still prepare fresh daily in our kitchens.

Bandido's serves thousands of customers daily and has won several awards including, "Best Mexican Restaurant" in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Lima, Ohio. Moreover, Bandido's has been designated, by the Best Restaurant of America's publication "Where The Locals Eat," as having the "Best Mexican Food!"
