30 years of southern style barbeque and sides, from our smoked Pork buttes and Beef brisket to our homemade slaw (mayo based) and our ALMOST famous Jo Jo's potatoes, this is what southern cooking is about. The Hood family have held this quaint dinner in scenic Fort Payne for a little over a quarter of a century and have brought up a few generations of barbeque fanatics that have yet to find an equal in smoken splendor. Never-the-less, we look forward to making new friends and regulars as many more try our style of a southern classic.
