BAR Bootcamp

What does fitness mean to you? What goals do you have to live healthier, happier, longer and stronger? I've thought about that for a majority of my life and working out and competitive sports have been the common denominator to answer the above questions.

BAR Bootcamp classes are led by some awesome coaches! You'll meet people just like you that want nothing more than for YOU to succeed. Classes encompass functional movements, strength training, gymnastics, calisthenics and so much more!
